Everything is good.

Today I looked at my iTunes report and learned that someone from Singapore bought one of my songs :) and someone from Buffalo, New York. Cool to think about.

I didn't do much today. I did some laundry, got a drink, uh.... yeah. I went to Mason's house an hour and a half before work so we could read some more of our book :)

After work we might go to a party... either that or go on another adventure, this time with Emily and Rylan. Either way, tonight is going to be great!

Except, I'm sad because Melinda randomly decided to go to Salt Lake today until Monday or Tuesday. So I miss her. Sigh.

This picture is from a few days ago but I can't remember when... but I absolutely love the way Mason looks in it.

Ducks are scary.

Did I even mention that yesterday was Carissa's birthday? Well, it was. I got home from work and hung around with Melinda and Emily until Carissa got home. Then, we ate the cake the Melinda ordered for her. It was sooo much frosting I thought we were all gonna die.

Carissa had brought home a thing of cupcakes too, and she didn't want to keep them because she planned on making better ones tonight for her party. So, we took the case of cupcakes to the park where Mason and Rylan and a bunch of the other guys in our ward were playing basketball and gave them away.

We went home, and Mason came over for a bit to hang out before bed time.

So Friday. Mason came over for a second after work and we just talked in his truck. I then just hung around with Melinda and stuff.

Then I met my parents at Smith's and they gave me some extra potatoes they had. I went inside and picked up my free chicken that I won a couple weeks ago, along with some other groceries, and went back home. I started boiling the potatoes when Melinda and I decided to hurry and go to Sonic for some Happy Hour limeades. Yum. I came back, finished some mashed potatoes, made a salad, and then Mason came over to eat with me.

We went in my room and relaxed for a while before he had to go do stuff. I cleaned up our meal and then I can't remember what else I did...

Around 8, people started showing up to celebrate with Carissa the day after her birthday. Mason came, too. We played games and ate cupcakes that are actually really delicious. After an hour or so, Mason and I left. We went and got his bike and left on an adventure. We stopped at Harmon's to buy some bread, then went to a park with a pond that I don't think I've ever been to. We sat on a bench and just waited for something to approach us.

Not too long went by when a goose started walking toward us from the darkness all creepily. It was the only one for a long time when suddenly a couple more geese and like ten ducks came out of nowhere and got two inches from us and kept begging for bread like little puppies. It was kinda scary but we were laughing so hard.

Then, we went back to Mason's house and watched a movie in his room. And he walked me home :)

Nothing says "love" like a bathroom mirror pic.
This was while we were feeding the ducks and unfortunately you can tell I need to wash my hair. But Mason looks great and he took this picture so here you go.

Interview.

This morning I had my in-person interview and it went really well, so I hope I get the position. Life would be even better!

I then drove to my parents' house to visit with my mom when Mason called me and asked if I wanted a hotdog from Costco. So he brought me one all the way to my parents' house, and we ate together and visited for a minute before he had to go to class.

I met Melinda at Red Ginger a few hours later for sushi. Yaaay! Mmmmm.

Then I had class.

Then I went home to change before work. And on my way to work, I stopped at Mason's house to be with him for about 30 minutes. Yep, he's still funny.

I. Love. Him.

Phone interview.

This morning I had a phone interview for a new job. He set me up for an in person interview for tomorrow and I really hope it goes well. I hate interviews for so many reasons. And I'm honestly scared to get a new job because my current one has made me so lazy. I hate it. So... a new job will be really good for me. Pray for me :)

So then I went to my Institute class with Mason and I still can't stop laughing all the time because of how funny and happy everything is when I'm with him. I even started laughing as I was writing yesterday's post. People at work prob think I'm crazy.

After that, I went to the mall with Melinda and got some NEW SHOES. It's been so long since I've got new shoes... at least it seems like it. And it's still been hard for me to wear all the shoes I want. Probably mostly because I don't have a ton of Summer shoes... well. I wish I would've taken pictures of them but I will tomorrow.

Then Mason came over and we spent about an hour together before he had to go to class. Then I cleaned my room and got some food and headed to work.

Why are you so funny?!

So... I have never laughed so much in my life. Writing about it obviously isn't as funny as being there, but I'll do it anyway for my own sake.

Last night at FHE, we were sitting in big circles in chairs. Mason was sitting clear across from me and started texting me funny things. Then "truth or dare?" so I said "dare" of course. He texted back "I dare you to put your hand on Darren's lap for 3 seconds." Darren was the guy sitting next to me. We're friends through the ward, but not close at all. It took me a couple minutes but I finally worked up the courage and found a way to complete the dare without Darren even thinking I was weird.

Then Mason asked for a dare so I texted him "I dare you to kiss your own shoe." Now this is just hilarious because no one else in the circle knew what we were doing, but everyone can see each other. Mason put his leg up on his lap and kept holding his foot and I could not stop laughing. He also eventually did it and I don't think anyone even noticed. But seriously. The whole situation made me so happy.

Oh and then we all started playing with basketballs (we were in the gym) and I told Mason I wanted to sit on his shoulders and dunk it. So I got on his shoulders, he ran toward the hoop as I realized I still wasn't tall enough and no way would I ever jump off his shoulders. We were both laughing and I almost fell off and I thought I was going to die. Anyway.

Tuesday. I picked up Mason from work because he had left his truck at my house and walked home last night without realizing it, and his dad had given him a ride to work this morning. He introduced me to a few coworkers, and showed me what he wants to buy me from Costco... you'll see ;)

He went to class, I went to my classes. Did some homework.

I went to my parent's house to get a text book and visited with them for a minute.

I went to Mason's house and we read some more of our book. He was being so hilarious again. I can't even tell you why he did this, but we were laying on his bed and he put his arms behind his back and started kissing me like that. It was so funny. I don't even know.

I went home and then there was the whole ordeal with my gum. If you didn't see my status on Facebook, well basically I put my chewed gum on the arm of our couch. Then later I guess I laid my head on it because I ran my fingers through my hair and felt something in it and thought a roach or something horrible was in my hair and I screamed bloody murder. The end.

This is the rose Mason made for me :)

It's cold in here.

I woke up with just enough time to get ready for my Institute class with Mason. I met him there, and it was a really good class. We then said goodbye, and he went to his biology class and I went home.

I went to Walmart with Melinda so she could print some pictures and I got a Subway sandwich. I ate half of it at home and saved the other half for my break at work... and realized when I got to work that I accidentally threw it away with the trash. Oops. Idiot.

It's been rainy all weekend, and today it's freezing in the office. Good thing they still have hot chocolate here. I need a jacket though.

After work I'm going to FHE with Mason. And then doing homework.

Mmmm snap chat.

Sleeeepy sleep.

Last night was amazing. After my show, Mason and I took his bike to pick up some stuff. Then, we took my car to the water tower.

We were up there for a while just cuddling and enjoying the cool night air. Mason gave me a metal rose that he hammered and welded himself. He told me he made two of them a while ago. He gave one to his mother, and planned to give the other one to the girl he was going to marry. And he gave it to me. So...

Anyway. I stayed in bed until I had to get ready for church. Then Melinda and I drove together. Carissa was already at the church cause she had gone earlier for a farewell. We walked in the chapel and saw Carissa sitting with a friend and next to her was a backpack and some stuff. I asked her who's backpack it was cause we wanted to sit there. "Who's backpack do you think it is?" It was Mason's. Hehehe. Cute.

Mason wore another suit that he got from the UK to church. He calls it dark purple but I think it looks more brown. He also wore a bowtie. All that combined with him riding his motorcycle to church, and I knew he felt like James Bond. Haha I wish I could've seen him on his bike. Dang it.

I picked Mason up a while after church and we went to my parent's for dinner. After dinner I made brownies, then Mason and I left to go to a friend's house for some games.

We went back to my apartment and were going to ask Melinda to watch a movie with us, but she was on the phone so we went in my room to wait for her. Mason and I fell asleep and woke up around 1:45 a.m. and we were like... crap. Haha. Then we fell asleep again until almost 6:00, at which point he went home.

From last night.
I asked Mason to "send me picture" and I meant the above one, but he thought I meant a picture of himself so I got this. Haha I'm not complaining.
And then he asked for one back. Selfie time.
Oh yeah, Melinda and I drove to the temple today so she could take some pictures for her photogrpahy class! I decided to take some phone pics too.
At my parents house.

I don't paint ball.

Mason called me while I was in bed this morning and asked me if I wanted to go paint balling. He also told me he was in front of my house and that I would have to go right that minute. So I jumped out of bed, got dressed, and left the house with no makeup and just looking lovely.

We drove around looking for the paint ball field and finally found it and his friends. There were no girls around. And I am a wimp and am ashamed to admit that I was too scared to participate in the game. I watched from a safe distance. But... I promised Mason I will play next time we go. I think I'm a little less scared after watching... although I am not too excited after seeing everyone's welts and bleeding wounds.

Mason took me home so he could go to the temple. I did some laundry, went to Target, got groceries at Smith's, and then got ready for work and Jazzy's. I'm opening the show tonight for Wirelefant and another band called Beans n Wheels or something. Should be fun cause I have some new songs!

Then... Mason and I are supposed to go to the water tower tonight :) ................. :)

Melinda just sent me these pictures from the day we picked up Mason and Matt from the airport. This is Melinda and I waiting :)
This is me opening the present Mason got for me in Wales :)

And Mason took this picture of us earlier this week, I can't remember which day, but he just sent it to me.

Dinner with the family.

Last night when I got off work, I went to Mason's and then went with him to the church to watch him play basketball with some guys in the ward.

We then went back to his house and read a book together and... let's just say it was a really good night. Really, really good. So good. Good. Great. Wonderful. Perfect.

I woke up this morning to the sound of rain on my window. I told you I do not like gloomy days. I thrive on sunshine. Since it was dark and gloomy, I laid in bed for another hour or so until I got a call from Mason.

He came over and hung out with me until he had to go to class. In the meantime, my mom had called and asked me to go to Hurricane with her, Kirsten, and the kids. So I hurried and got ready and met them so I could go with.

We went to my grandparent's house to see my grandpa and my cousins. Then we went to an antique shop in town. It was really fun and I want to go back when I have more money and more time. There was so much cool stuff in there.

We got back to town and my mom dropped me off at my car so I went home and got ready for the day for real. Mason came over and hung out with me again until he had to go home to get ready for dinner. I finished getting ready and then went to his house. We waited for his sister and her husband to get there, and then we sat down to eat. It was a nice meal.

Mason and I went up to his room and spent an hour or so hanging out. Then he walked me home.

I then hung out with Melinda, Emily, and Rylan.

Mason making a shot. And a guy bending over hahaha.
Ummm hello arms.

As much as possible.

I woke up a little later than I had hoped, but still went to the gym for a quick workout. I came home to get ready in time to see Mason. He called me and told me his class is an hour earlier today because it's a lab, and that he could come see me but only for a minute. I told him not to worry about it because I didn't want him to be late, and I would see him later anyway.

Right after I hung up, I missed him like crazy. So I rushed to put on my mascara, get on a shirt and shoes, and ran out the door. I called him and said "where's your class?" and he said, "the science building, are you coming to see me?" When I told him yes, he said, "No way! I was thinking about running to your house to see you anyway." Aw.

So I drove to the school, called him again, we saw each other across the street, and then he ran across the cross walk and I jumped into his arms. So cheesy and movie-like and dramatic for something so simple. Haha but I love it. I walked him to his class and then went home to finish getting ready.

My mom, Kirsten, Desi, and my cousins Morgan and Courtney brought me a dirty Dr. Pepper from Swig. They hung out for a while, then left as Melinda got home. I talked to her for a bit, then left for the school.

I went to the library and did the reading for my class, then went to class! It was a good one.

As soon as class ended, Mason called me and I picked him up from his house to take him with me to Deseret Book so I could pick something up from my mom. While we were there, I remembered that I had to be at work today at 3, not 4, and it was 2:35 so I hurried home to drop off Mason and get my stuff for work. I made it on time, don't worry :)

Tonight I'll do some homework, hang out with Melinda, then see Mason.

I found this randomly on the internet. Just something interesting.

Wednesday, August 21, 2013

There is a cockroach in the flourescent light above me.

This morning I went and bought a new phone charger, finally. This one better hold up. Seriously.

At 11:00, I went to an institute class with Mason. Preparing for Eternal Marriage. Don't make fun! I've heard this class causes people to break up, even engaged couples... so we'll see how strong our relationship is. I ain't even afraid. The class seems like it's going to be really good and I look forward to going with Mason twice a week :)

I then went home and decided to go to the gym with Melinda. We came home and I showered and ate a sandwich, and then Mason called and came over because he was done with his other classes. We then took his motorcycle to Durango's for lunch. He got one of those student savings cards so now when we go on dates, we'll get everything buy one get one free!

He went home and now I'm almost done with my shift at work.

Mason said we should take a picture in front of the fountain. No one was close by to take it for us. So... we tried. Haha.

Tuesday, August 20, 2013

Better and better.

Mason came over today after work before his first class to come give me a hug. He's the best.

I had a class at 1:00, Humanities. I have a couple friends in there and the teacher seems cool so I'm excited. I had Sociology after that, and again I have a couple friends in there, and also an ex. I'm also excited about that class. I have a three hour class in the evening though, Biology Lab, and I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. Our teacher let us out after barely a half hour though because it was the first day.

So I went home, and Mason picked me up and took me to Staples so he could get some stuff. Then he took me back home because he had an Elder's Quorum Presidency meeting. Haha.

I did some homework and when Mason was done with his meeting, he picked me up again and we drove to my parent's house for s'mores and games. It was a good night.

Mason is one of the smartest people I know. He's also one of the best communicators and speakers I've ever known. I really wish you could be there when we have any conversation.

First day of school... almost.

Today is the first day of fall semester. But I don't have classes on Mondays! Woo!! I have a feeling I am gonig to love that fact all semester long. Yes. Unless of course I get a new job and have to work early Mondays... but still, it'll be aight.

I went to the school and got everything figured out with an advisor. Then I went home for some lunch, and now I'm at work. As soon as I get off, Mason and I are going to sign up for Institute together. I'm really excited!!

Sunday, August 18, 2013

Sunday best.

I showered and got ready before Mason came over for breakfast. He helped me make huge chocolate chip pancakes, which we shared with Carissa, Melinda, Emily, and her boyfriend Rylan. We then waited til church started, and Mason drove me, Carissa, and Melinda.

Did I even mention that we got our new roommate last week? I don't think I did. Well, she moved in (Emily) and she is the cutest girl ever. I'm really excited to have her living with us. The house just feels more complete with four people! Plus, her boyfriend Rylan has already hit it off with Mason and I can tell that many double dates are in our future.

Everything is so great.

Anyway, church was really good. It was the first time I went to church with Mason as a couple, since he has been out of town and I was gone before that. We sat by each other and held hands. It was fun. It's interesting dating the Elder's Quorum President... because everyone knows. Haha.

After church, my parents picked up Mason and I and we met the rest of my family in Paragonah at my aunt's house for a BBQ. Since my cousins from Michigan are in town (one just moved here), the fam wanted to get together. So, Mason met my dad's side of the family! It was nice. We also visited my grandma's husband Jack in Cedar City on our way home.

As soon as my parents dropped us back off in St. George, Mason rushed home and got his swim suit, I put on mine, and we went swimming!

Ready for church!
At my aunt's house.

I'll just leave this here... hahahahaha. It looks so weird.

Saturday, August 17, 2013

Perfect Saturday afternoon.

I woke up and five minutes later, got a call from Mason when he was getting off work again. He told me to get up and get ready, and then a bit later he showed up at my apartment. We ended up going on his motorcycle to the park and reading a book together under a tree.

We then went back to his house and talked with his parents, and he showed me photo albums from his mission along with some cool stuff. For the last hour before I had to leave, we laid in his room and talked and cuddled.

It really was a great day :) It doesn't sound like anything exciting, but it's the conversations that mean everything to me.

Sweet summer nights.

Mason called me this morning when he got off work and said he was going to sleep for a bit since he had only gotten about 3 hours of sleep since getting home from Europe. So, I went to the school and talked to an advisor about school and stuff.

I then went to my parent's house to figure some stuff out for school. My mom, Kirsten, and her boys were gonna go run errands, so I went along. We got drinks at Swig. Went to Costco and the mall. Then came home.

My sweet dad had taken my car to get registered, found out it wasn't my car that needed to be reigstered this month, but then went and got my car cleaned AND filled up my tank. I am so grateful that my parents love me so much and do so many amazing things to help me out. Thanks, dad. And mom :)

I went home to take a little nap, slept for about an hour. It was around 4:30 when Mason called me. I'm glad he got to sleep for so long, he really needed it. He asked me to come over, so I did.

We laid in his room for quite a while, mostly because he was still drifting in and out of sleep. Haha. We finally got up and went to my parent's house cause I wanted him to meet the rest of my family. I forgot that Kirsten and Ben were photographing a wedding though, so he only got to meet Des and Connor and Parker. It was still nice, and my parents gave us their leftovers.

Mason and I went back to my apartment for a minute and waited for his friend Tyler to get back to us. Then we followed him on Mason's motorcycle to Tyler's girlfriend's house to watch a movie in her backyard with Tyler's projector. We watched The Legend of Bagger Vance, but Mason and I fell asleep for pretty much the whole thing. It was way nice being outside in Rylee's pretty backyard though.

Then Mason took me home :)

Thursday, August 15, 2013

Where is our time?

I got out of bed around 11:00, Mason called when he got off work and asked me to go to breakfast with him. So, we went to Denny's up the street. He was running on one hour of sleep. Aw.

It was really nice spending a couple hours with him, but then I had to come to work. And he has to work even earlier tomorrow morning, 2:15 a.m., and he's already sleep deprived and has jet lag so he will go to bed super early tonight. And this is the last week of summer. And everything sucks. Except for the fact that I have a wonderful boyfriend, of course. Can't complain. Sorry.

Wednesday, August 14, 2013

Mason is back!

Connor woke up at 6:30 this morning, and we watched a few cartoons and ate breakfast and I took him to the park up the street. Then a little ater 9:00, I took him back to his mom.

Then I went to the gym with Melinda. After that, we laid around a bit then showered and got ready. I took her to pick up her car at the shop, and then we were ready to leave for Las Vegas! We got there around 4:00 Vegas time, and went to the mall but didn't end up buying or doing anything there. So, we went to the airport.

Mason's and Matt's flight was scheduled to arrive at 6:16 but there was a delay, so it said they would arrive at about 6:38. He texted me and said they had landed and I was so fidgety I couldn't hold still.

Melinda and I were standing at the bottom of two sets of escalators when some cute black lady and her daughter came up to us and asked me who I was so excited to see, so I told them all about Mason and they told me how they were there to pick up her mother-in-law for a Bible retreat. Then, she told me that Mason could be coming down the other two sets of escalators too and I got worried thinking I might've missed him. I hurried over to the further ones, and people were coming down, and suddenly there he was!

I ran up to him, gave him a big hug, he kissed me, then he lifted me up and twirled me around. I looked over at the lady and her daughter and they were smiling and waving, they thought it was cute.

We went to wait for the luggage, but two of Mason's didn't come. The flight people said they would come on the next flight in an hour, so we left the airport and went to Quiznos for a quick dinner.

We came back and got the luggage, then we headed home. Poor Mason and Matt had jet lag, and Mason was trying to sleep in the front seat, but Melinda and Matt were having some sort of karate war in the back seat and so it got a little crazy.

We got home around 12:30 a.m., took Matt home, then Mason came over. At 2:00 I took him home so he could sleep for an hour before he had to go to work at 3:15. Poor guy.

Just at the airport :)
Mason knows I love and collect clocks and stuff, so he went to this little place (in Wales, I think?) where an old lady was selling these antique pocket watches and he got one for me :) It's the kind without batteries that you wind up. It's so cool, I love it.

Tuesday, August 13, 2013

Connor.

The other day, Kirsten was going crazy because of her three-year-old, Connor. I decided to offer to babysit him for a whole day. So, I dropped off my laundry with Melinda, then took Connor back home. We went swimming, played around, etc.

Desi and her friend John came and picked him up in the afternoon to take him up Cedar mountain for a few hours, and during that time I went to the music advisor at the college and stuff.

Desi brought Connor back over around six, and then I kept him the rest of the night. He even spent the night in my room with me :) what a sweet little person.

There's always one more thing.

There's always one more thing to add to a seemingly endless list of worries.

Stressed about school starting, how I'm going to pay for it, how I'm going to have enough credits to be full-time without spreading myself too thin (being a music major sucks cause most of the things are unfairly 1 credit), how I'm going to get myself to practice the piano after hardly practicing all summer. My schedule this semester will be about the same as last semester, except for last time I didn't work out, I didn't have a boyfriend, and I wasn't taking Music History & Literature, which is supposed to be super hard and time consuming.

All that and then I get to work and receive an email saying they're dropping everyone's hours because of overstaffing. Everyone who is part time is losing 2-5 hours a week depending on how much they work. I'm losing 4 hours a week. Meaning 16 hours a month. Meaning 1/5 of my paycheck.

Great.

I miss him. I'm going to fail all my classes being in love. And at this moment in time I don't care.

Just kidding mom.

Sunday, August 11, 2013

Love one another.

Last night after work I went to a show at Jazzy's. Golden Sun and Polytype. I saw my friends Jay, Taylor, Josh, and Tanno there, and a few others.

Then after that, Melinda and I met up with a whole bunch of people at the look off by Snow Canyon park to watch the beginnings of the meteor shower. It was pretty cool.

Today I went to church of course. Melinda came to my parent's house with me for family dinner and we hung out for a bit.

Now we're just enjoying our Sunday night at our apartment :)

Oh and my boyfriend texted me today: "So my friends here had me start Pinterest and I started following you and saw lots of dream wedding posts and wedding ring posts and more. Future home category is good too :)"

Oh my gosh I died. Hahahahaha. Good thing I had already mentioned to him about my crazy wedding pinning.

Taylor, me, Josh, Holden.

Washington County Fair.

Today so far is much better than yesterday, just like I knew it would be :)

I went with my roommates to the Washington County Fair and got ready to play my set. My family came too, everyone except Des (working), Parker (sick), and Ben (home with Parker).

It was fun to play for a bunch of people walking around or sitting to hear me. However, from the very beginning of my set, I was sweating hardcore. It was so hot on the stage! I didn't even move around much and I was sweating almost as much as I do at the gym sometimes!

After I was done playing, we walked around and looked at the booths and I got a few compliments. Then we went to the other building where they had the food court, and I ate with my family while my roommates watched the poodle show. Hahaha.

We went back to St. George, Melinda went to work, and Carissa and I went to Smith's because we were both in desperate need of groceries. They had drawings going on, and I won a whole free roasted chicken! I am saving the coupon til next week so I can have dinner with my boyfriend :)

Work is pretty goood today. I'm just chillin and listening to music and reading and whatever. Yay for Saturdays and wearing shorts at work.
Me on stage!
Roommates and I :)
Haha. Pink poodles.

One bad day.

I can't believe I went to the gym this morning. Cause the rest of the day I felt sooo tired and soo sluggish it was to the point of frustrating that I didn't have more energy. I wasted lots of time.

I had like half an hour where everything felt like the end of the world and I was crying for no reason... only girls will understand.

I emailed Melinda while she was at work and she wasn't having the happiest day either so she took an early out and we went and got sushi at Red Ginger. We also ran a few errands at the music store, Target, and Walmart.

When we got home I was so sleepy still. I took a little nap and then put away some clothes and stuff. Melinda and I watched Get Smart and got pizza and then it was bed time.

Thursday, August 8, 2013

Trim.

Getting up today was harder than yesterday! Sheesh. School starting will not be easy. I went to my parent's house so Desi could give my hair a trim. I got drinks for us from Swig.

Now I'm at work reading and stuff.

Here's a line from one of the chapters I read today:

"...to be carnally-minded is death, and to be spiritually-minded is life eternal."

Simple and straight to the point.

I took this while driving from work last night. My phone doesn't take the best pictures but whatev, I still think it's pretty.
Oh my gosh. I got this snapchat from my boyfriend and his friend this morning. Hahaha what a cute couple.
And then I got this one just a bit ago. Geez.

Wednesday, August 7, 2013

Soiree.

Melinda and I were up waaay too late last night. It was super hard to get up this morning, and I really didn't want to go to the gym, but I did anyway. Yay for me. I then showered and got ready and my mom invited me to lunch with her and my dad.

First I met my mom at Ross for a while, then we met my dad at Olive Garden. It was so yummy. And leftovers woo.

I practiced the piano before work.

I've just been here texting my boyfriend sneakily and browsing the internet aimlessly. Whyyyy do they have to block Pinterest at work? I mean I can understand blocking Facebook and Twitter and stuff but whyy Pinterest?!

After work I'm going to a "soiree."

Tuesday, August 6, 2013

One down, one to go.

Last night after work was way fun. I went to FHE with Carissa. We had a BBQ at our bishop's big beautiful perfect house, then went to their community pool. We left and went to the volleyball courts for the next three hours and during that time I only got to play one game because there were so many gosh dang people. It was fun though. Dallin and his friend Cory brought their DJ set up and were playing music the whole time. He played my Crystallize remix too :)

Okay so this morning, my sisters, mom, and I left for Vegas. Kirsten got her hair done at this fancy place for free, and there was a chance I could get mine done too, but the other person took a paying client over me which is fine obviously. I still had lots of fun cause while Kirsten was in the salon for almost four flippin hours, the rest of us went shopping. I got some new clothes at Forever 21, and a new sports bra, and a really pretty color of lip stick!

We got back to St. George around 9:00. Shortly after I got to my apartment, I went to Luke's place and played Black Ops zombies with he and his friend.

After a couple hours of that, Melinda called me and we met up with Beau and a bunch of those friends to go to the sand dunes. We were there from a little after midnight until almost 3:00 a.m. Holy cow. It felt so nice though and the stars are amazing. Time flew by. Although it wasn't fun when I got chased by a gigantic scorpion. No joke. Did you know that scorpions glow green under black light? It's way cool.

Love/hate my hair.

Last night after I left my parent's house, Alex came over and we watched Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. We also went to Alberto's at midnight to get burritos mmmm.

I went to the gym this morning, ate the rest of last night's breakfast burrito, then got ready. I went to the music store, visited my dad at work, and also visited my mom at work. I went there so I could buy new scripture markers, since mine have been missing for quite a while.

I still had time to kill before work, so I dropped by the Hope Chest. It had been a while. I got two shirts, a couple plates, a vinyl, and some sweet silly glasses.

I've spent part of my shift reading my Book of Mormon, and it makes time at work go by a lot faster, actually. It's nice :)

I took my 15 minute break and went outside to Skype with my boyfriend before he goes to bed. He's having lots of fun but I wish he would just come home already! He'll get home right before school starts :(

Okay so I love the length of my hair right now. Problem is, as soon as it gets to my desired length, it is so damaged that I am forced to chop a bunch of it off. I feel like if I cut off even two inches, my hair won't be "long" anymore. I hate it! I try to take good care of my hair. Granted I do blow dry it, straighten it, and curl it, and occasionally color treat it. But I see people who do all those same things and still have gorgeous hair, even longer hair than mine. How?! I just want to have long pretty hair!

He didn't believe Droids could screen shot. Hahaha.
My haaaair. So long, so dead.
Oh, and the glasses I got from the thrift store for a dollar! Haha.
